Do you have physical limitations stopping you using traditional forms of exercise?
Welcome to Kaatsu!
It is a safe and effective form of exercise, injury rehabilitation and recovery first invented in Japan. Now more than thirty years old, it is supported by decades of extensive research at top academic institutions, and specific protocols proven with millions of users in 32 countries.
KAATSU is a Japanese word and a trademarked term. Where KA (加) means “additional” and ATSU (圧) means “pressure”. Patented equipment enables your arms and legs to modify blood flow restriction which leads to a cascade of positive physiological effects.
Using low-loading, and non-intensive exercises, we can “amplify” the effect of these movements in order for you to get the same benefits.
At Agora Heart in Totton we are fortunate to have one of only a handful of certified Kaatsu trainers in the UK available to help you.
